Mariel Martin's "Find"

         I started watching Mariel Martin's choreography more than 5 years ago and have been following her ever since. She is one of my favorite choreographers EVER because she is so strong in her movements. The hip hop scene is mostly dominated by males, so it's wonderful to see a dope female dancer bringing it! 
        I especially like this video because it portrays a woman's struggle with her appearance and self-esteem. Many women feel pressured to look and act a different way - this video shows that it's okay to be who you really are, with or without makeup! I think this video can be empowering for girls everywhere, young and old, and it certainly relates to hip hop because Mariel is one of hip hop's finest dancers!
